Product less in Quantity Issue

Please verify the issue with us within 2 working days after receiving the parcel. We will verify the issue. If the issue is verified within our responsibility, we will refund the amount calculated based on the item value with maximum refund limit of MYR 200.00 and resend the item without any charges to customer.

Missing Parcel during delivery

Amount of refund is calculated based on item value with maximum limit of MYR 200.00 or 2 times of shipping cost, whichever lower. If parcel shipped has selected repacking service, refund is not available.

Switched or wrong parcel

Refund is available if the issue is happened with our responsibility. we will refund the amount calculated based on the item value with maximum refund limit of MYR 200.00 and resend the item without any charges to customer.

Custom Reject Issue

Forbidden item and uncertain declaration will result custom reject issue and refund is not available. Additional cost to release the item or reship the item has to responsible by customer.

Note:

• For all refund request, customer required to submit the issue to us within 7 working days. Any submission after the stipulated time will be consider case to case basis.
• For all submitted issue will be verified within 14 working days.
• Customers are advised to purchase insurance for high value item at own cost.
