If you have purchased an embargo, please contact us by mail or phone, we will confirm with you how to deal with it.

When the store has been shipped and found that the member number is not filled, you can take the initiative to inform us of the delivery number of your product, the name of the store and the expected arrival time. We will pay attention to whether there is such a package and will be filled in automatically when the package is put into storage. The system will then process the subsequent services.
