Can parcels be sent to the recipient's address in the member's profile?
HiClicks will set the address you fill in the member information as the common address. If your package needs to be sent to another address, you can fill in the address you want to send when you apply for the package to fill out the shipping information.
How to change membership data or address?
Please go to the [Member Area] → [Member Basic Information] at the top right of the homepage to make changes.

HiClicks online customer service is open from
Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 18:00pm
Saturday 09:00am to 13:00pm.
Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
What is the membership number and how can I query it?
In order to quickly identify your package, when you join the HiClicks member, we will send you a mail to inform you of the unique address and number of the recipient. You must fill in the information on the package, so that when we receive the package I will know that your package has arrived in order to handle the follow-up service for you.
